I was an athletic child growing up, but very slim and not very strong. In my later college years I decided it was time for a change. Through lots of trial and error, determination, nutrition and hard work, I managed to not only change my body, but my outlook of the entire fitness industry. Fitness and nutrition grew from what was just a hobby to a passion.
